3rd Party Services Waiver of Liability and Disclaimer

L'Associare provides a platform to connect MBAide Associates (MBAides) with experienced professionals, including Sam the Branding Coach who provides personalized branding guidance and support.
Please review the following terms regarding services rendered by third-party experts and coaches:
1. Independent Operation
Third-party experts and coaches operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of L'Associare. Any advice or services provided by third-party experts and coaches to MBAides are offered independently and are not under the control or oversight of L'Associare. The nature and terms of any interaction between third-party experts and coaches and MBAides are entirely at their discretion.

2. Limitation of Liability
L'Associare is not responsible or liable for any advice, outcomes, or results arising from sessions between third-party experts and coaches and MBAides. By participating in sessions with third-party experts and coaches via the MBAide platform, MBAides acknowledge that L'Associare holds no responsibility or involvement in the advice provided or actions taken as a result of these interactions.

3. No Guarantee
L'Associare does not guarantee the quality, success, or effectiveness of the advice or services provided by third-party experts and coaches. MBAides are encouraged to use their own judgment when implementing the strategies or recommendations shared during these sessions. L'Associare does not assume responsibility for any outcomes, risks, or challenges that may arise from these interactions.

4. No Legal Liability
By participating in sessions with third-party experts and coaches, MBAides agree that L'Associare is not liable for any claims, losses, or damages resulting from these interactions. All engagement is entirely at the MBAide’s discretion and risk. No legal action can be taken against L'Associare for advice, outcomes, or any issues related to these sessions.

If an MBAide initiates a lawsuit against L’Associare for any reason, the MBAide shall be solely responsible for all legal costs, including, but not limited to, attorney fees, court costs, and any related expenses incurred by L’Associare.

By booking or participating in a session with third-party experts and coaches, including Sam the Branding Coach, MBAides acknowledge and accept the terms of this waiver.
