Why MBAide Was Created
L'Associare Inc. was founded on a simple belief: working harder isn't always the answer.
Many companies invest time, effort, and resources but still struggle to achieve the results they want. Often, the challenge is understanding what is limiting growth and knowing what to focus on next.
MBAide was created by Grace Seferian, an engineer, entrepreneur, construction executive, and business advisor with decades of experience helping organizations solve complex challenges and make important business decisions.
Throughout her career, Grace saw that better results begin with better decisions.
That belief became the foundation of MBAide.
Today, MBAide connects companies with experienced business leaders who help them identify what is limiting growth, focus on the highest priorities, and take practical steps to increase revenue and become investment ready.

Grace Seferian
Grace Seferian is an entrepreneur and the founder of MBAide.
She has more than 25 years of experience in engineering, construction management, business leadership, and dispute resolution.
Grace has built and led several businesses, including ResolveWithGrace. She holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and an Executive MBA.
Throughout her career, she has seen that companies often struggle when they are unsure what is slowing growth or what to focus on next.
She created MBAide to connect companies with experienced business leaders who can help them make better decisions, take practical action, increase revenue, and prepare for future growth and investment.
