Meet the Founder

Grace Seferian

Grace is an entrepreneur and the founder of MBAide. Through her experience across multiple ventures, she has seen that many businesses do not struggle from lack of effort, but from not knowing what to focus on next.

She has built and led businesses in engineering, construction management, and dispute resolution, including ResolveWithGrace. She holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and an Executive MBA.

These experiences shaped her view that the hardest part of building a business is not doing the work, but making the right decisions at the right time.

MBAide was created from that insight, to give founders access to structured thinking and experienced guidance so they can focus on what actually moves their business forward.
