MBAide was created by Grace Seferian, an engineer, construction executive, and business advisor with decades of experience leading complex projects and helping organizations navigate important business decisions.
That experience led to a simple belief: stronger business performance starts with better business decisions.

Grace Seferian
Grace Seferian is an entrepreneur and the founder of MBAide.
With decades of experience leading businesses in engineering, construction management, and dispute resolution, she has seen that companies often struggle when important business decisions are made without fully understanding what may be affecting growth and performance.
She has built and led multiple businesses, including ResolveWithGrace, and holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and an Executive MBA.
Throughout her career, she has seen that stronger business performance depends on understanding what needs to change and making better decisions at the right time.
