MBAide was created by Grace Seferian, an engineer, construction executive, and business advisor with decades of experience leading complex projects and guiding organizations through critical decisions.

MBAide connects founders with experienced MBA-level professionals who help evaluate business strategy, positioning, traction, growth challenges, and investor readiness from a practical and objective perspective.

Rather than providing generic startup advice, MBAide helps founders identify the factors that may be limiting progress and determine the priorities that can create the greatest impact.

Grace Seferian
Grace is an entrepreneur and the founder of MBAide. Through her experience across multiple ventures, she has seen that many businesses do not struggle from lack of effort, but from not knowing what to focus on next.
She has built and led businesses in engineering, construction management, and dispute resolution, including ResolveWithGrace. She holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and an Executive MBA.​​

These experiences shaped her view that the hardest part of building a business is not doing the work, but making the right decisions at the right time.
