Why MBAide Was Created
L’Associare Inc. was founded on a simple belief: working harder is not always the answer.
Businesses can invest significant time, effort, and resources and still struggle to make progress. Often, the challenge is knowing how to address what is not working, where to focus, and what to do next.
MBAide was created by Grace Seferian, an engineer, entrepreneur, construction executive, and business advisor with decades of experience solving complex challenges and helping organizations make important decisions.
Throughout her career, Grace saw that better results often begin with better decisions.
That belief became the foundation of MBAide.
Today, MBAide connects founders and business owners with experienced business leaders who bring outside perspective, challenge assumptions, and help turn business challenges into practical action.
Support may focus on strengthening the business, sharpening growth strategy, improving operations, preparing to scale, or becoming investor ready.
The goal is simple: help businesses make better decisions, take focused action, and move forward with greater clarity.

Grace Seferian
Grace Seferian is an entrepreneur and the founder of MBAide.

She brings more than 25 years of experience in engineering, construction management, business leadership, and dispute resolution. She has built and led several businesses and holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and an Executive MBA.

Throughout her career, Grace has seen that businesses often know the challenges they are facing, but may not know the best way to address them or what to do next.

She created MBAide to connect founders and business owners with experienced business leaders who can bring outside perspective, help solve important business challenges, and turn priorities into practical action.​
