1. Purpose of the Membership
The Annual MBAide Founders Membership provides access to group-based discussions, live Q&A sessions, and exposure to experienced MBA professionals. The membership is designed to offer general business perspectives and peer learning in a group setting.
The membership does not include coaching, consulting, execution, or professional services.
2. Nature of the Sessions
Membership sessions are:
-
Group-based
-
Educational and informational in nature
-
Intended to share general perspectives and considerations

Participation does not create a coaching, consulting, advisory, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or agency relationship between any member, MBAide, MBA professional, or L’Associare.

Membership sessions are not intended to replace or substitute for MBAide Founders Clinics or 1:1 engagements, which remain the appropriate forums for business-specific discussion.
3. Question Submission and Participation
Each member may submit one question per month through the designated question submission form.
Questions must be framed at a strategic or directional level and must not include confidential, proprietary, or sensitive business information.

L'Associare reserves the right to:
-
Reframe questions for group appropriateness
-
Decline to address questions that are overly specific or inappropriate for a group forum
-
Determine which questions are addressed in each session and how discussion time is allocated
4. Confidentiality and Group Setting
Membership sessions are conducted in a group environment and are not confidential advisory sessions.
Members are expected to act respectfully when engaging in discussions. However, confidentiality of information shared during sessions cannot be guaranteed.
If a member’s question requires discussion of sensitive or confidential information, the MBAide Founders Clinic is the appropriate setting.
5. No Professional Advice
Information shared during membership sessions does not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice.
Members are solely responsible for evaluating and applying any information discussed and for all business decisions and outcomes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Participation in the membership is voluntary and at the member’s own discretion.
MBAide, L’Associare, and participating MBA professionals are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, claims, or outcomes arising from participation in the membership or reliance on information shared during sessions.
7. Membership Term, Fees, and Refunds

The membership fee grants access for a one-year term from the start date.
Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership term begins.
Pricing applies to the current membership year and may change in future years.
8. Conduct and Participation
Members are expected to engage professionally and respectfully.
L'Associare reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, without refund, in cases of disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior.
9. Platform Introductions and Non-Circumvention
Participation in the Annual MBAide Founders Membership may result in introductions or interactions between founders and MBA professionals facilitated by MBAide or L’Associare.
Any consulting, advisory, coaching, or other paid professional engagement that arises from or is connected to an introduction, interaction, or relationship formed through MBAide programs, sessions, Clinics, or membership activities must be conducted through MBAide or L’Associare, unless otherwise approved in writing.
Members and MBA professionals agree not to circumvent MBAide or L’Associare by independently engaging in paid services that originate from MBAide-facilitated introductions or interactions.
10. Modifications
L'Associare may update these Membership Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Sincerely,
Team L'Associare
