We encourage open collaboration, active learning, and a “your growth is my growth” mindset. Share your expertise generously, support others, and help us maintain a constructive environment.​
Our Stance on Harassment and Discrimination
We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or any form of abuse. This includes, but is not limited to:

Offensive comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, mental illness, physical appearance, body size, age, race, or religion.

Unwelcome comments regarding a person’s lifestyle choices and practices, including those related to food, health, parenting, drugs, or employment.

Deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of discussion, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.
Code of Conduct

To maintain a respectful and productive environment, all members and partners of the MBAide community are required to follow these rules:
Be Respectful
Treat all members, partners, clients, and staff with courtesy and professionalism. Constructive communication and collaboration are key to our shared success.
Maintain Confidentiality
Keep all sensitive information private, including founder and client details, business strategies, or personal data. Do not share such information outside the community without explicit consent.
Act in Good Faith
Be honest about your skills and experience, honor commitments, and maintain professional boundaries in all interactions.
Stay On-Topic
Ensure your contributions align with the purpose of the platform. Off-topic or irrelevant content disrupts focus and engagement.
No Harassment or Discrimination
Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
No Spam or Irrelevant Self-Promotion
Share content that adds value. Avoid spam, excessive self-promotion, or unrelated promotions.
Enforcement

All members and partners are expected to respect these rules. Violations will be addressed promptly and may include:

Issuing of warnings.

Suspension or termination of membership or partnership.
Serious breaches, such as harassment, discrimination, or breaches of confidentiality, may result in immediate termination without warning.
Reporting

If you feel you have been harassed, discriminated against, or subjected to inappropriate behavior, please report the incident to our team immediately. Provide as much detail as possible so we can effectively address the situation.
