Maximiliano Marzetti, EMBA

Dr. Marzetti was a trial, trademark, and patent attorney in Latin America before transitioning to a full-time academic role. He currently teaches proactive business law, intellectual property, and legal strategy at a French business school. In addition to his recent EMBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, he holds a PhD in Law & Economics from Erasmus Rotterdam University, among other degrees.

He is interested in offering consulting services in innovative areas at the intersection of law and business, with a focus on intellectual property transnational strategies and current geopolitical challenges affecting global firms (e.g., supply chain law, human rights, and business, compliance, and anti-corruption, among others)
