Waiver of Liability and Disclaimer (Updated on August 11, 2025)

L'Associare provides a platform to connect independent business experts and coaches (MBAide Associates aka MBAides) with clients seeking professional advice. Please be aware of the following terms regarding interactions with clients and MBAides (or other business experts):

1. Independent Operation
MBAides and other business experts operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of L'Associare. Any services rendered by MBAides (or other business experts) to clients are done so on an independent basis and outside the control or oversight of L'Associare. L'Associare plays no role in the terms of engagement, services provided, or outcomes of the relationship between MBAides (or other business experts) and their clients.

2. Limitation of Liability
L’Associare acts solely as a facilitator of client introductions through the MBAide platform. L’Associare is not responsible for the quality, outcome, or delivery of services provided by MBAides. By engaging through the MBAide platform, both clients and MBAides (or other business experts) acknowledge that L’Associare is not a party to, nor liable for, the terms, execution, or outcomes of any service agreements between them. L’Associare’s role is administrative only, and its liability is strictly limited to the scope of administrative facilitation.

3. No Guarantee
L'Associare does not guarantee the quality, success, or effectiveness of the services provided by MBAides (or other business partners). MBAides (or other business partners) and their clients are encouraged to perform their own due diligence and proceed with caution when entering into any professional relationships. L'Associare does not assume responsibility for any risks or issues that may arise.

4. No Legal Liability
By using the MBAide platform, MBAides (or other business partners) and their clients agree that L'Associare is not liable for any claims, losses, or damages resulting from interactions with each other. All engagements with clients are entirely at the MBAide's (or other business partners') own discretion and risk. No legal action can be taken against L'Associare in connection with these interactions. If any MBAide (or other business partner) and/or the client initiates a lawsuit against L’Associare for any reason, the MBAide (or the other business partner) and/or the client shall be solely responsible for all legal costs, including but not limited to attorney fees, court costs, and any related expenses incurred by L’Associare.
By using the platform to connect with clients, MBAides (or other business partner) and their clients acknowledge and accept the terms of this waiver.
