Cody Dostal, MBA

With approximately a decade of experience in the Federal Government sector, Cody has held roles as a System Administrator and Vulnerability Management Engineer, including work on one of the largest systems in the U.S. Army. He has successfully led teams of varying sizes, from small groups of around eight members to nearly 90 personnel.

Cody played a pivotal role in managing a Firm Fixed Price contract with the Army valued at $22 million, significantly improving profitability beyond the target margin while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Additionally, he was instrumental in securing a $99 million, five-year contract with the Army and now serves as the Contract Director for the award.

Before entering the Federal Government sector, Cody managed a fast food restaurant, gaining firsthand expertise in operational efficiency and profitability within the food service industry.
