I am a dynamic and results-oriented professional with over a decade of experience in operations management, telecommunications, and project leadership. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to lead complex technical operations, optimize processes, and drive efficiency across various teams and projects. My expertise spans strategic planning, resource management, and operational performance optimization, particularly within the telecommunications sector.

Currently, I serve as the State Technical Operations Manager at MTN Nigeria, where I oversee more than 20 Managed Service teams responsible for the state’s network infrastructure. I am proficient in managing large-scale projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring zero-downtime network performance. I have successfully implemented preventive maintenance strategies, improved network reliability, and achieved significant cost reductions through process optimization and efficiency improvements.

In addition to my technical skills, I bring strong leadership and team management capabilities. My experience includes being trained by McKinsey & Company through their Forward Learning program, where I enhanced my communication and problem-solving skills—key competencies that enable me to tackle complex challenges with clarity and strategic insight. I excel at coordinating stakeholders, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Prior to my role at MTN, I held key positions at Huawei as the State Transmission Manager and LM Ericsson as a Field Service Engineer, where I led the deployment and maintenance of critical transmission infrastructure, improved network uptime, and provided technical leadership during high-pressure projects. My experience in both active and passive network infrastructure management has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of telecommunications systems, from fiber optics to power management.
