Harsha Balaji, MBA
Available to mentor
My journey began during my undergraduate studies in India, where I started my own homemade chocolate business and managed the entire end-to-end process. After completing my degree, I joined a Fortune 500 Asset and Wealth Management company, where I worked for nearly six years, specializing in hedge fund account reconciliation and process automation.
While working, I realized my desire to deepen my knowledge, which led me to pursue an MBA in Finance and Analytics at the University of San Francisco. During my MBA, I had the opportunity to work for a FAANG company, where I analyzed event data and managed budgets for their initiatives.
Additionally, I worked as a Student Assistant for the Alumni and Development Relations team at the School of Law. In this role, I created a comprehensive dashboard that provided key donor data, enabling us to enhance and optimize our donor campaigns effectively.
