MBAide Mentorship Program Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your participation in the MBAide Mentorship Program ("Program"). By enrolling and participating as a mentee, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

1. Program Participation and Benefits​
1.1 Mentorship Program Benefits
As a participant mentee in the MBAide Mentorship Program, you will receive:

Structured client engagement exposure through real-world consulting scenarios

Access Twelve (12) weekly sessions to observe and learn from senior MBAide mentors during MBAide Founders Clinics

Shadow and practice opportunities to hone client-facing skills

Featured profile visibility on the MBAide website for the duration of the mentorship program
2. Program Fee and Payment
2.1 Mentorship Program Fee
Participation in the Program requires a non-refundable payment:​

USD 300 paid in full

USD 100 per month for 3 months

USD 25 per session (pay as you go)

2.2 Transition After Completion
Upon completing the Program, mentees may choose to enroll in MBAide Membership to continue accessing enhanced services, visibility, and access to the MBAide Founders Clinic, with the option to participate in an additional 3-month paid mentorship term if they wish.

3. Client Engagements and Confidentiality
Mentees may not accept paid client engagements while enrolled in the Program. Any violation may result in removal from the Program and the platform, and may carry legal consequences.
All MBAides are bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Confidentiality regarding client information is mandatory and continues beyond completion of the Program.

4. Community and Platform Conduct
All mentees must adhere to the MBAide Code of Conduct in our Community Rules.
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
5. Intellectual Property and Copyrighted Materials
5.1 Use of Intellectual Property
It is illegal to use, replicate, or distribute any intellectual property, including but not limited to copyrighted materials, logos, trademarks, or platform content, without explicit written consent from L'Associare or the rightful owner.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination from the Program.
6. Waivers and Disclaimers
6.1 Waiver of Liability (Platform-Wide)
By participating in the MBAide platform and mentorship program, you agree to waive any and all liability against L’Associare for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from your use of the platform, client engagements, or third-party interactions.
6.2 Waiver of Liability (Specific to Services)
L’Associare provides services, including potential client interactions, mentorship, and training sessions, on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee success, specific project outcomes, or financial results. Participants acknowledge that they are solely responsible for applying what they learn, and L’Associare is not liable for any outcomes arising from these services.

7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 Participant Cancellation
If you withdraw from the mentorship program after payment, no refunds will be issued. Your enrollment is non-transferable.
7.2 Termination by L'Associare
L’Associare reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation for violations of these Terms, misconduct, or breach of community standards. No refunds will be issued.

8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising under these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt informal mediation.
If mediation is unsuccessful, binding arbitration will occur under the laws of the State of California.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Responsibility for Legal Costs
If any participant initiates legal proceedings against LAssociare INC and does not prevail, the participant will be responsible for reimbursing all legal costs, attorney fees, and associated expenses incurred by L’Associare.

11. Changes to Terms of Service
L’Associare reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
